Jaguar Hybrid concept C-X75 unveiled at 2010 Paris Motor Show

On Wednesday, Jaguar unveiled a gas-electric hybrid two-seat sports car concept C-X75, on the eve of the 2010 Paris auto show.The automaker says is capable of reaching a top speed of 205 miles per hour, and up to 68 miles of all-electric operation.

The gorgeous-looking C-X75 concept, so designated in honor of Jaguar’s 75th anniversary this year, “explores the outer limits of both performance and sustainability,” the company said in a news release.

Jaguar's C-X75 is powered by four 195-horsepower electric motors, one in each wheel and has an all-wheel drive system, with torque-vectoring controls to distribute power as needed to each wheel.

Kia Pop concept electric car get showcased at Paris Motor Show

Korean Automakers has showcased their all-electric Kia Pop concept car at the Paris Motor Show.

This futuristic looking car named Pop is a three-meter long three seater featuring a number of futuristic design and new concept like rear-view cameras in each door, a full length glass roof, and transparent OLED panel that displays all your instrument only when the car is running.

A second touch panel to the right of the steering wheel controls the vehicle's other functions including audio, sat-nav, and climate.

On going Auto show in Paris had gain some electronic-automotive importance. The auto enthusiast has witnessed something new in this year auto show. German Automaker BMW had showcased its car integrated with apple's iPad at the back of the front seat.

Hyderabad International Auto Show 2010 (HIAS 2010) is scheduled to be held at Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Hyderabad which was held at Hitech City from 22nd July to 25th July 2010.

This will be the second edition of the auto exhibition that is being organized by Vista Entertainments in association with HICC.

The event will showcase over 100 models of cars, bikes and vintage cars. Apart from that, some new launches are expected such as Rolls Royce’s ‘Ghost’, Toyota’s ‘Altis Diesel’, Yamaha Bike, Skoda’s ‘Yeti’.
